Returns & Refunds

If there is an issue with your order please let us know by contacting us on info@hardysphoto.co.uk . We want all of our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase and will endeavour to exchange and/or make good any issues including damaged photos, supply of incorrect goods or issues with the product itself. Hardy’s School Photography cannot be held responsible for mistakes made on the customers behalf.

Cancellation

As the products sold are personalised you cannot cancel an order after 24 hours of being placed. All digital download orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Delivery

If you choose to have your photos delivered to school, it will be free for 7 days after the proof cards have been delivered to school. There will be an additional late fee added after this point and this option will no longer be available three weeks after proof card delivery. You can normally expect to receive your order up to 14 days after the return date on your proof card. Please note this time can be extended for reasons out of our control or busy periods.

If you choose to have your photos delivered to home there will be an additional fee for this service. This fee will increase 7 days after the proofs have been delivered to school to include a late fee. Orders purchased for home delivery will normally be delivered within 21 days.

Personal Use & Copyright

Hardy’s School Photography retains full, unlimited, world-wide copyright on all photographs supplied. The photographs are solely for personal display purposes. They may not be copied, published, reproduced, used for marketing, sold or stored on any electronic retrieval system without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability & Loss

Limited liability to the total cost of the products purchased with Hardy’s School Photography. Hardy’s School Photography will not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage, howsoever arising, as a result of a failure, refusal or inability by Hardy’s School Photography to process an order.

Payment

Payments for all products is required prior to delivery. Payment provided manually with the proof card and envelope is provided at your own risk and may be held at the school securely for some time. Hardy’s School Photography is not responsible for loss of order, money or data at this stage.
