Whilst we couldn’t offer our full photography service during the summer term we were at least able to offer something! For most of our schools we created class group photos from the individual portraits we took in late 2019. We added a rainbow and a fitting quote (“Always together, never apart. Maybe in distance, but never in heart.”). We felt it was important to mark this incredible year and provide a memory for the children for years to come.

We decided it was relevant to send a portion of the sales to charities during this difficult time. We raised £315 from the orders in total! So if you purchased, thank you! We split the money between three special charities.

  1. NSPCC – During the pandemic the NSPCC has sadly had to deal with increased calls. We therefore felt it was so important to support this national charity that do so much to fight against child abuse.
  2. NHS Charities Together- I’m sure you have heard about the many efforts to raise funds for our wonderful NHS (including the amazing Captain Sir Tom Moore!). We felt it was important to do something that directly affected our precious hospitals and their staff.
  3. UNICEF – It is more important than ever to give to charities that help others and specifically children that are not as lucky as our own. They provide supplies and medical help to war stricken and poverty ridden countries throughout the pandemic.
